Crime-buster and corruption fighter

Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson is relying on his record as crime-buster and corruption fighter to win him the presidency.

This is evident in his video advertisement (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yv_HZnGnsow) that highlights some of his major accomplishments as a senator and former head of the Philippine National Police (PNP).

Lacson plans to expand these initiatives as president and bring the government closer to the people. His main advocacy is to give more power to local government units that are closest to the citizens and understand the people’s needs best and are in a better position to respond to their problems more effectively.

Let ‘Bayanihan’ reign on Bonifacio Day with Tayô Táyo: A We The Youth Vote Online Fundraising Concert

We The Youth Vote holds fundraising concert for the Samahan ng Nagkakaisang Pantawid ng Pamily

Admit it or not, 2020 has been a hard year for everyone in the world. In the Philippines, it started with the eruption of Taal Volcano in January, followed by the still on-going COVID-19 outbreak which has been resulting to not just a health crisis but an economic damage, and just recently, a series of typhoons that hit several areas in the country.

It is not an easy task but who else will help and inspire each of the most affected ones to rise up and move forward? Us, Filipinos through our very own custom ‘bayanihan.’ This is what We The Youth Vote (WTYV) wants us to be reminded of as the non-partisan group holds an online fundraising concert for the benefit of the Samahan ng Nagkakaisang Pantawid ng Pamilya (SNPP), an organizational community that champions the continued implementation of expansion of the government’s Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program.
